You must let the Reservations Desk know you are with the CSAM conference to ensure you receive the conference rates.
Please note the following:
- Should you require additional days please advise the hotel when booking.
- Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is: 12:00 noon. If you are arriving early or leaving later, please make arrangements with hotel at time of reservation, however a late check-out charge may be charged.
- All reservations will need to be guaranteed with a major credit card.
- For each extra person after Double Occupancy, there will be a charge of $20.00 per night, but no extra charge for children up to age 18 who are sharing with parents.
- No meals are included in room rate.
- Self-parking is $15.00 per day. Valet parking is $18.50 per day.
